This is an online (internet) auction only.
we do ship items if the customer pay’s the shipping cost, if we have to ship you will be invoiced for the shipping.

Payment: Credit card or Cash

At the end of the auction all winning bidders will be charged with the credit card that was used to register. This is the only form of payment accepted.


A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your auction for each auction you bid in. This charge is a pending-only charge meant to verify your credit card on file and will drop off once the auction has ended. It will not post permanently to your account. If you have any questions, please e-mail info@angryauction.com If you feel this charge was mistakenly posted to your account, you must provide a bank statement showing that the charge was POSTED (not pending) to your account. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. At the conclusion of the auction your credit card will be charged, and a paid invoice receipt will be sent via email.

Buyers Premium:

A 12% buyer’s premium is added to each purchase. (i.e. If you bid 100.00, at checkout you will be charged $112.00)


Sales tax will be collected on all items according to Kentucky state guidelines.


All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the item number affixed to the item. Previews are recommended for all items listed. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. If you are not sure of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. You are bidding on the described item not the photo.


Bidders are responsible for their own removal. NO refunds or charge backs will be granted for failure to remove winning items at the designated times. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Please bring help for pick up of large/heavy items. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email invoice/receipt and a valid drivers license. Please insure that anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt and valid drivers license at the time of pickup. No items will be released without a paid email receipt or valid drivers license..

Shipping: is available if you the buyer pays the shipping cost.

Please Note: AngryAuctions will have the option to resell or dispose of all abandoned items. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with abandoned items.

Bidder Responsibility:

All bids should be reviewed before submitting. It is common for bidders to submit a max bid to place an item out of reach for other bidders. If you inadvertently submit a bidding error, you must notify
AngryAuctions immediately by contacting our office or use the “Contact Us” menu on the website. No bids will be reversed after the auction has ended. NO Exceptions.

Staggered Closing:

Our online auction closes 5 items every minute, This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a ‘live’ auction.

Dynamic Closing:

The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the items closing time.

Bid Notification:

If you have been outbid you will be notified by email.

Winning Bidder Notification:

All winning bidders will be notified via email with a paid invoice receipt. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email you must notify us by email within 12 hours of an auction ending. If you do not receive a paid email invoice then you did not win any items at the online auction.

Catalog Inaccuracies:

Please be advised that stock photos are listed first followed by an actual item photo. It is recommended that you take advantage of the preview days and times or utilize the “Ask Question” feature for any item that you are unsure about. You are bidding on the actual photo and item description not the stock photo as these can be displayed inaccurately on occasion.


We want every one to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not
suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

We reserve the right to add or remove items form the auction. Split or combined lots. Add minimum bids or reserve prices. Cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event. Make change’s to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of
the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Hamilton County, Ohio.


AngryAuctions liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

Staff bidding : Please note that staff bidding is allowed in this auction, any one from the staff is welcome to bid on and purchase items for the high bid.

Seller bidding: Bidding by the seller of item(s) in this auction is allowed, the seller may buy back an item for the highest winning bid amount or place a bid to cover their reserve price.
Reserve Auctions- all auctions are presumed to be with reserve unless stated as absolute. See OH revised code R.C. §1302.41.

Condition notation of “Appears new”: these are items that appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness -for items that are marked “appears new” a bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If the item does not appear new or unused or if there is an issue, the bidder MUST report this to angryauctions, Inc. prior to leaving the premises. Once the bidder has left the premises with the item angryauctions Inc. cannot issue any refund for issues arising with the item.

Condition notation of “Open Box”: Items marked “Open Box” indicate that they could come from a multitude of circumstances – shelf pulls, overstock, returns. An open box item could be incomplete and has not be tested for functionality. angryauctions Inc. cannot issue refunds on these items if there are issues arising.

Condition notation of “Damaged”: Items marked “Damaged” could be new or used, but are noted to have certain damage. If possible, items will have secondary photos that display the damage, but are not still not tested for completeness and functionality and could have more damage than found upon being inventoried by angryauctions, Inc. cannot issue refunds on these items.

Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors:
 Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. You should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact our office by in writing – please use the contact sheet on our website (we MUST have your request in writing). We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed, no exceptions. ***Please note that bid cancellations or retractions are at the manager’s discretion only – submitting your bidding error does not guarantee that your bid can or will be deleted/retracted/cancelled.
